sPACE navigable music

sPACE navigable music in the context of the Mapping-festival at the Usine, Geneva _ Switserland. Thursday 26.01.06

In sPACE navigable music the audiovisual space is processed in real time according to the position and movements of the user in an electronic space (> mix color, > mix image, > mix sound). Operating on the spatial (x,y,z), temporal (t-movements) and sonic (frequency, pitch) parameters, each interaction transforms the visual and sonic space. In this manner the established relation between the spatial ( real time electronic space ) the visual ( the 360 multiscreen projection ) and sonic ( the quadraphonic sound ) structures, establishes an experience combining architecture and music.
